  • 1. How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and upload the tracking number ASAP, but the time of delivery depends on local delivery speed and customs clearance, which we cannot fully control. For US, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Mexico, the ETA is 7-14 working days. For Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the ETA is 8-15 working days. For rest of the countries/regions, It takes 10-20 working days for you to receive the parcel.

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers; DHL, UPS, Fedex TNT, and EMS.

Free Shipping On Orders Over $20 for a limited time only.

Orders less than $20 will be charged $9.90 for shipping.

  • 4. How do I track my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

  • 5. What should I do if my order was stolen or lost in transit?
All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured,Please reach out to the TANGLIN Team at, we’ll send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, and we’ll ensure you get your products ASAP.

If the package is showing as delivered but not received by you or if it’s been stolen from your mailbox/front door, then we’re not responsible for that loss. You can ask the courier company to provide proof of loss to retrieve your package (the contact number and tracking number of the post office will be provided to you).

This list excludes countries in which customs or other challenges prevent us from reliable shipping. We appreciate your understanding!

  • 7. Am i responsible for paying customs duties and import taxes on my order?
Due to the customs policy of different countries, we CANNOT guarantee if there is a tax for you. Our product price does not include VAT or import tax of your shipping destination. But we’ll try our best to declare a comparatively reasonable value for the product.

From our previous experience, the following countries/regions haven’t been charged for import tax including the U.S, Singapore, South Korea and other EU countries (except remote area) such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, etc. most of our International customers are not charged additional fees when they receive their shipment.

  • 8. Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
